Ownership of Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, zimagebase.ai hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the images generated by the service based on your prompts ("Output Content").

Commercial Rights: You are granted a full, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Output Content for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, social media, web design, and printed merchandise.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts you input and the resulting images. While we provide the tools for creation, we do not provide legal advice regarding the copyrightability or trademark status of AI-generated content in your specific jurisdiction. You must ensure your use of the service complies with local laws and regulations.

4. Payment & Credits

Access to the service requires the purchase of Credits or Subscription Plans.

  • Subscriptions: Billed recurringly. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current cycle.
  • Credit Packs: One-time purchases. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds: As outlined in our Refund Policy, used credits are non-refundable due to the immediate computational costs (GPU resources) incurred.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service to perform maintenance or updates.

6. Limitation of Liability

zimagebase.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of generated images. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
