Notice: Due to the high computational costs associated with AI image generation (GPU processing), we maintain a strict refund policy. Once you have used any credits to generate images, the service is considered consumed and non-refundable.
1. Subscription Services
Subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Ultra) provide access to recurring AI resources. Refunds for subscription payments are only considered under the following limited conditions:
Unused Credits: You may request a refund within 72 hours of the transaction, provided you have not used any credits from the current billing cycle.
Technical Failures: If a confirmed system error prevents you from using the service for more than 48 continuous hours.
Billing Errors: Verified cases of duplicate billing or incorrect charge amounts.
2. Top-up Packs (One-time Purchase)
One-time credit packs are digital virtual goods designed for immediate use:
Refunds are only available for completely unused credit packs within 7 days of purchase.
Once the first credit from a pack is consumed, the entire pack becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
Generated Images: Any account that has successfully generated one or more images using credits.
Subjective Quality: Dissatisfaction with the artistic style or output of the AI (as AI outputs are non-deterministic).
Change of Mind: Decisions based on no longer needing the service or finding it too complex.
Policy Violation: Accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited content).
Partial Usage: Pro-rated refunds for remaining days in a subscription period.
4. Refund Process
To initiate a request, contact us via email at with your Transaction ID.
* Note: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact our support team first. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may lead to permanent account suspension and the forfeiture of all remaining credits to cover administrative costs.
